1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Conferma ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Conferma is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses reduce appointment no-shows through automated WhatsApp reminders.

3. Plans and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

Conferma offers a 60-day free trial without requiring a payment method. During the trial you have full access to all features without limitations.

  • No credit card required to start
  • Full access to all features for 60 days
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost
  • No automatic charges at the end of the trial without your consent

3.2 Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: €59/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: €499/year (30% savings), billed annually

The first charge occurs only after the 60-day free trial ends, and only if you have added a payment method.

3.3 Refund Policy

Since we offer a 60-day free trial, no refunds are provided after the trial period ends. The free trial allows you to fully evaluate the service before making any payment.

3.4 Automatic Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancellation. You will receive an email notification before each renewal.

3.5 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You can add your payment method at any time during or after the free trial.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing billing settings or contacting support.

  • During the trial: Immediate cancellation at no cost
  • After the trial: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access until the expiration date
  • No refunds for periods already paid (see Refund Policy)
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes
  • Not send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Respect client opt-out requests ("STOP" messages)
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Use a dedicated WhatsApp number for your business
  • Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service

6. WhatsApp and Third-Party Integration

The Service uses WhatsApp through an unofficial open-source library. You agree that:

  • WhatsApp may change its terms or restrict unofficial access
  • You use a dedicated number to reduce the risk of being banned
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp on your account

7. Data Protection and Privacy

The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and Italian privacy laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free availability
  • Guaranteed delivery of all WhatsApp messages
  • Specific reduction in appointment no-shows

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified via email with 30 days' advance notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Italy.
