Conferma offers a 60-day free trial without requiring a payment method. You can fully test the service before deciding whether to continue. There are no hidden costs and no charges during the trial period.

2. "No Refunds After Trial" Policy

Since we offer a 60-day free trial, no refunds are available after the trial period ends. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether Conferma is right for your needs before making any payment.

During the 60-day free trial you can:

  • Use all features without limits
  • Send WhatsApp messages to your clients
  • Manage appointments and reminders
  • Evaluate whether the service meets your needs
  • Cancel at any time at no cost

3. Cancellation During the Trial

3.1 During the Trial Period (Days 1-60)

Free cancellation at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • No charges, no hidden fees
  • Your account will be deactivated at the end of the trial period

3.2 After the Trial Period

No refunds available:

Once the free trial has ended and you have made your first payment, no refunds are available for already-paid periods. You can still cancel at any time:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current period
  • You will continue to have access until the paid period expires
  • You will not be charged for the next period
  • You can reactivate your account in the future if you change your mind

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Times

  • Approval: Within 24 hours of the request
  • Stripe processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank credit: Varies by your bank (typically 2-5 days)

4.2 Refund Method

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card). We cannot process refunds to different methods for security reasons.

4.3 What Happens After a Refund

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • You will lose access to the platform
  • Data will be retained for 30 days (then deleted)
  • You will receive an email confirmation of the refund

5. Exceptions and Limitations

5.1 Refunds NOT Allowed

  • Monthly/annual renewals (beyond the first payment)
  • After 14 days from the first purchase
  • In case of Terms of Service violations
  • Accounts suspended for abuse or spam
  • Fraudulent use of the service

5.2 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you have an annual subscription, a full refund is only available within 14 days of purchase. After that period, you may cancel but will not receive a refund for unused months.

5.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, your account will be suspended immediately and you may be excluded from future use of the service. We always encourage you to contact our support first to resolve any issues.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe technical issues preventing use of the service), we may consider refunds or credits even beyond the 14-day period. Contact support to discuss your situation.
